About
We're building the FSM platform that assumes AI is real now.
Servanex was designed so that the AI calls the same tools, hits the same permissions, and writes the same audit log as your team. Not a feature on top of an old database — the architecture from day one.
Why we started Servanex
Field service is the most operationally complex small-business category we know of: dispatch, pricebook, parts, payments, financing, memberships, regulated communications, multi-location equipment, and a fleet of technicians who work primarily off mobile devices in places with bad cell signal. The incumbents in this space — ServiceTitan, Housecall Pro, Jobber — solved the operational problem at different price points. None of them were designed for AI.
When AI agents that can reliably make tool calls became real in 2024-2025, the right move was not to add a chat widget on top of those old databases. The right move was to rebuild the platform so AI could be a first-class user — with the same permissions, the same audit trail, and the same approval policies as the humans on your team.
That's what Servanex is.
What we believe
- AI should be a co-worker, not a feature. If the AI can't actually book the job, capture the payment, or move the opportunity through the pipeline, you have two systems — the one your team uses, and a smart-sounding chat widget. Servanex has one.
- Every action should be auditable. Human or AI, every tool call writes to the action log: actor, source, reason, input, output, outcome, latency, cost. You can prove what happened, who did it, and why.
- Multi-tenant isolation is sacred. Two independent layers (database RLS plus action-layer assertions). Your data, your AI memory, your call recordings never cross into another shop's account.
- Configuration beats engineering. Pipelines, statuses, custom fields, approval policies, AI agent voice — all tenant config. You don't file a ticket to add a field.
Where we are
We're building in the open with a small group of design partners. If you run a service business and you want AI to be a real co-worker — not a chat widget — we'd love to hear from you. Design partners get early access, discounted pricing, and a direct line to the team shipping the platform.
