Refrigeration field service

AI-native FSM for commercial refrigeration — multi-location equipment, preventive routes, and a 24/7 AI receptionist.

Why it fits Refrigeration: Walk-in cooler down at 11 p.m.? The Voice Agent books the emergency, pulls the unit's service history, and flags the tech with the right cert.

Why Servanex

Built different. Priced honestly.

01

An AI co-worker, not an AI feature

The AI in Servanex calls the same dispatch tool, books the same job, sends the same email a CSR does. Same permissions, same audit trail, same approval policies. Most FSM AI is a chat widget bolted on to a 15-year-old database. Ours was the architecture on day one.

02

One platform, sixteen modules

CRM, dispatch, pricebook, estimates, invoicing, payments, memberships, financing, communications, knowledge, workflows, marketing, and the AI agent layer — all on one data substrate. No syncing customers between four tools.

03

Live in 14 days

Customers, contacts, equipment, open jobs, pricebook, and QuickBooks balances migrated and validated. Money-back setup fee if we miss it. We picked 14 because that's how long it takes the legacy guys to schedule the kickoff call.

04

Transparent pricing

Per-seat pricing on the website. Add-on modules priced individually. AI usage metered and visible in your admin. No "call for pricing." No surprise overage invoices.

The platform

Sixteen modules. One data substrate.

Every module shares the same customers, the same permissions, the same audit log, and the same AI layer. You don't sync data between tools — you stop using four tools.

CRM

One canonical record for every customer, contact, location, and piece of equipment — shared by humans and AI alike.

Lead & Opportunity

Every inbound lead routed to the right person, every opportunity tracked through a pipeline you control.

Job & Dispatch

A dispatch board that holds up at 9 trucks and 50 — with a mobile app techs use in basements and rural drives.

Pricebook

Versioned bundles, price rules, and discounts — with seeded templates for every supported trade.

Revenue

Estimates, invoices, payments, refunds, financing — and a quote-to-cash flow that AI can run end-to-end.

Ledger

General ledger, posting rules, and a real QuickBooks sync — Online and Desktop both supported.

Memberships

Plans, benefits, and billing events — memberships with real benefit tracking, not just recurring charges.

Communications

SMS, email, voice, and in-app — with TCPA, 10DLC, quiet hours, and consent baked into every send.

AI Agents

Voice, text, copilot, and workflow agents — each with explicit tool allowlists and approval policies.

Knowledge

Articles and chunks the AI cites when it answers, with retrieval logs you can audit.

Workflows

Tenant-configurable automations triggered by events — no engineering ticket required.

Platform Billing

How we bill you — subscriptions, credits, plans, and an in-app billing portal.

Notifications

In-app, push, email, and SMS routing with per-user preferences and quiet hours.

Marketing

Attribution and campaigns wired to your CRM, so the lead source survives the journey.

Identity

Tenants, users, sessions, roles, permissions, approval policies — multi-tenant from day one.

Audit Log

Every action — human or AI — with actor, source, reason, input, output, outcome, latency, and cost.

Common questions

Probably what you're wondering.

How is Servanex different from ServiceTitan or Housecall Pro?

Architecture. The AI in Servanex is a first-class actor — it calls the same dispatch tools your CSR clicks through, with the same permission checks and the same audit trail. Other FSM tools added AI as a chat widget or a voicemail transcriber on top of a database designed in 2010. Ours was designed in 2026, with AI as the first user, not the tenth feature.

Will the AI book jobs I don't want?

No. Every AI agent has an explicit tool allowlist and approval policies you configure. The Voice Agent only books inside your real dispatch capacity. Quoting above a threshold, scheduling on a holiday, modifying a membership — all gated by your rules. Every action it takes is in the audit log.

How long does it take to go live?

14 days. We bring over your customers, equipment, open jobs, and pricebook. The setup fee is refundable if we miss the date. Our architecture and seeded data (per-trade pricebook templates, equipment types, lead sources, pipeline stages, chart of accounts) are designed to make a two-week launch the default, not the heroic exception.

What about my current QuickBooks setup?

QuickBooks Online and Desktop both sync. Customers, invoices, payments, credits, refunds, and chart-of-account mappings flow both ways with conflict detection. You can keep QB as your source of truth for accounting and let Servanex run the operation.

Can my techs use it offline?

Yes. The mobile app is offline-first: SQLite locally, tombstones for deletes, and a conflict-resolution engine. Battery-aware sync throttles when the device is low. Designed for techs in basements, attics, and rural service calls.

Is my data isolated from other shops?

Yes, at two independent layers. Postgres Row-Level Security on every tenant-scoped table. Independent tenant assertions at the action layer on every tool input and output. Redis, Pinecone, OpenSearch, and S3 are all tenant-scoped by key, namespace, or prefix. A cross-tenant leak would require bypassing both layers. We fuzz-test those boundaries on every API surface.

What if I'm bigger than 15 techs? Or smaller?

The platform is built for service businesses from 5 to 50 technicians, with explicit headroom in both directions. No hardcoded assumptions about tech count, no "small business" UI shortcuts that break at 50, no enterprise-only features hidden behind tier gates.

What does the AI actually do that's different?

It books real jobs end-to-end through the same action layer your team uses. It holds an arrival window with your dispatch board in real time, considering tech skills, geography, and current load. It looks up equipment warranty status, cites your knowledge base for pricing and policy, sends the confirmation, and writes the entire conversation to the activity timeline. It can also draft estimates from templates and follow up on aged invoices. Capabilities are permission-scoped per agent.
