What "usage metered" means
AI Voice Agent minutes, SMS segments, and AI tokens consumed by other agents are metered and visible in your admin dashboard in near-real time. You can set per-month spend caps. No surprise overage invoices, and no "you're approaching your tier limit" emails from us.
14-day go-live, money-back setup fee
We migrate your customers, equipment, open jobs, pricebook, and QuickBooks balances. The setup fee is refundable if we miss the 14-day mark. This is the number-one reason shops don't switch, so we removed it.
